We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right at the highway exit, making it convenient for us to travel. The hotel itself was very luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was extremely friendly and offered top-notch service, from room service to car hire. The spa and pool facilities were fantastic, offering a great opportunity to relax and unwind. we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Staff: receptionists were very kind, they explained everything in detail. Waiters were either just ignorant or sometimes even rude but you don't spend all your time speaking with them, so that was not a major issue. Location: we took a trip to Naples and the surrounding beautiful area and from this perspective the hotel location is not the best. It costs daily 50-70mins + 2×3.8 EUR just to get into Naples to start with. However, the hotel is located in a valley which is beautiful, clean and peaceful. Rooms are very comfy and spacious.

Waiters not very polite especially taking into consideration that this is a 4* hotel... The last two days a group of youngsters arrived at the hotel. I am 31yo and I really love to party but what they did was intolerable. We asked the receptionists during the night (between 2 am and 4 am) to tell the youngsters not to keep shouting and moving furniture all round the whole building but noone seemed to care so we slept some 2-3 hours which is ridiculous from a 4* hotel again...

I was there on a one day business trip, I liked the hotel design, the room was very well done, clean, comfortable and the toilet was as a luxury design, a perfect value for price.

We had a fantastic stay at San Severino Park Hotel & Spa, BW Signature Collection. Our family of four stayed for two nights after visiting Pompei and driving the beautiful Amalfi coast. The hotel had everything we wanted, including a nice swimming pool and very spacious and clean rooms. We had a twin room and a room with a king-size bed, connected by a small private hallway, and two fully equipped bathrooms. The price for under 90 euro per night, including breakfast buffet, was unbeatable. The hotel also provided free wifi, air conditioning, free parking, and a Fox TV with English channels. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the nearby Italian restaurant, La Terrazza.

We would recommend this hotel.

Good location for exploring pompei, amalfi and positano and naples. Restaurant was excellent and value for money and staff very friendly and accomodating.

Pool area is a bit noisy with passing traffic and no towels available. As the hotel is only a couple of months old there are a couple of thing they can do to improve. Spa is not yet open although pool is available, there is Wifi available but no computer in loby which would be good. There is little information on hotel and surrounding area other than asking at reception - improve room hotel information and place leaflets information in lobby.

The hotel had a stunning and picturesque location that offered stunning views of the mountains. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, modern and comfortable. The air conditioning was effective, which was great as it was quite hot outside. The pool area was one of the best aspects of the hotel, clean, nice and perfect for relaxation.

The hotel was quite isolated from the city, which made it difficult to walk around or find things to do outside the hotel. The hotel staff spoke limited English, which was a bit of challenge.

Lovely big modern hotel. Near Amalfi Coast & Pompeii. Friendly helpful staff. Overall my room was huge & fantastic. I questioned dust on floor & it was cleaned immediately. Lots of people seemed to be holidaying there. I used it as a stop over (2 days) from Amalfi Coast to east coast of Apulia & went to Pompeii for the day, only 1/2 hour dive away. English tv channels (news).

This is a brand new hotel so everything is clean and bright. The hotel is located just off a motorway that gives easy access to all the popular tourist destinations - Pompei and Naples only 30 minutes drive.

The spa is not yet open and no one seems to know when it will be - we had booked the hotel thinking we would indulge in a couple of treatments so we were a little disappointed.

I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend it. The room was spacious and the bathtub was incredibly comfortable. The breathtaking view from our room was an added bonus. The services in the spa were top-notch with a variety of options. The breakfast and dinner deals offered great value for money. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The beds in both the Superior and Standard Double rooms at San Severino Park Hotel & Spa were comfortable and generously sized. The breakfast offered a large and enjoyable selection of options. The pool area was well maintained, clean, and private for hotel guests. The parking area, which is large and shaded, was especially helpful during the summer months. The staff provided excellent service and the food was delicious. it was a great experience, and I particularly loved the SPA facility which was the best I've ever been to. I highly recommend it.

Hotel seemed understaffed(but out of season) and location is better for business than for holiday. It must be said however that pompei and napels are within the hour by car

While there was a pizzeria and casino nearby, the hotel was somewhat isolated and there were limited options for dining or entertainment within walking distance. Additionally, communication with the front desk staff was a bit challenging due to their limited English proficiency and inconsistent information.
